The Open 15.5 Rx – repeat

So Monday afternoon I met up with Fredrik who had been sick over the weekend to perform WoD 15.5 again. Fredrik was going to do the scaled and I was going to try to beat my Friday time of 14:29.

After a short warm-up Fredrik was ready. We had a sign posted with the reps and times after each stage to give each other an idea of what the end time could be. Fredrik did really well, one minute faster than my time from friday. Continue reading

15.1 Rx & Yoga vs Running

So yesterday I had time over to make an attempt at 15.1 Rx. I felt recovered from Friday’s scaled attempt and had planned on working out at 16:30 anyways.

Swedish Long Course Nationals in Falkenberg

This morning I did my second real WoD.  Maybe not the best timing, but I am so out of shape there is nothing I can do now that will help or hurt me.

I am taking a step back from going all in and swimming all the individual events, this time I will only swim eight races over three sessions.

A fun run with Superloppet and then off to Saudi

seriefigurer-beskuren

Today was the first annual Superloppet. I was hoping the girls would follow along but Lily was at her first swim camp and Jeanette didn’t want to take a chance with the weather.

I arrive 20min before the start and as I walk to the starting area I see lots of kids dressed up, and the even more parents. Superman and Batman were very popular. Silversurfer, Hulk, kick ass, poisen ivy, spiderman and many more.

Swimrun Team – TYR Warriors

As many of you may already know.  Fredrik Björn and I have decided to test out Swimrun next summer.

I am happy to announce that we are lucky enough to have two companies backing us. TYR Sverige will be providing us with the aquatic equipment we need for the races and Leon Hobra from Dynamic Training & Rehab will make sure we are fit for fight come race day.  Our team name was going to be Ironman & Phantom, but we changed to to TYR Warriors.
