Movember WoD

Tomorrow is a big day of sorts. No, nothing to do with triathlon, but 10 WoDs in 5 hours.  Keeping in theme with Movember, we will do 10 “girls” starting every 30 minutes with some fun and rest between each one.

I am not sure of the order, but below are the 10 “girls” we plan on doing.

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
Dead lift 100 kg
Handstand push-ups

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
Clean 60 kg
Ring Dips

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps (For Time):
Dead lift: 1 1/2 body weight (150kg)
Bench press: body weight (100kg)
Clean: 3/4 body weight (75kg)

21-15-9 Reps for Time:
Thrusters 42,5 kg

Annie (scaled – I will do SU instead of Double Unders)
For time:
50 Single unders
50 Sit-ups
40 Single unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Single unders
30 Sit-ups
20 Single unders
20 Sit-ups
10 Single unders
10 Sit-ups

For Time:
1,000 Meter Row
50 Thrusters 20kg
30 Pull-Ups

30 Reps for Time:
Snatch 60kg

30 Reps for Time:
Clean and Jerk 60 kg

Five Rounds for Time:
400 meter run
15 Overhead squat 43kg
Three Rounds for Time:
400 meter run
21 Kettle bell Swings 24 kg
12 Pull-ups
